Most likely they’ll drop the petty theft and hit you on the burglary and possibly the identify theft. It’s unlikely you’ll get probation.
Tonya
wow, you suck at life. I wish we lived in Roman times when we’d chop your hands off – especially since your a tool and obviously are not learning your lesson.
Stacey
Probation in prison.
They may let you go to a nice place within the confines of the Prison for slightly better treatment.
but probation out of the prison, that is impossible.

no! by by

i feel bad for you but i have no clue….just keep your head up
Floyd
im pretty sure that goes under the 3 strikes law…minimum like 25 years in prison..and yea that past arrest could be bad for you…good luck if this is what youre charged with and stay out of / away from trouble in the future
Ann
your a fuckin tool i hope that you get to be cell mates with bubba (that big black guy who ass rapes you every day)
Tracy
I will judge all I want, you sound like a possible career criminal. Anyways maybe you can get probation but you don’t seem to be rich or famous so your chances of that happening seem slim, but go ahead and try to get it. Good Luck with that.
Geraldine
Sorry to tell you you are going away for life
Christopher
It may not hurt you since you were not convicted. Yes it is possible to get only probation.
Constance
Your priors will always count against you, I would advise you to get a lawyer. You are most likely looking at some jail time unless you get a good lawyer. Or if you were on any type of drugs at the time and your state has a Drug Court program I would go for that. It is intense probation and pee test like twice a week but after the 2 year program it wipes you slate so to speak. Only shows Drug Court. Or at least that is how it works here.
Glen
It depends on the class of your felony. In most states, first-time offenders can get probation for non-violent crimes because no state wants to have prison overcrowding.
You may even be allowed to simply make restitution, that is, if you are convicted. If you have a good lawyer, you might not even be convicted.
In Toledo, there are ads up everywhere for 1-800-NOT-GUILTY. I don’t know if they are national, or if that will help.
In the USA, as far as I know, arrests cannot be used against you if you are not convicted. But some prosecutors may try to bring it up.

2 felony charges will put you away. Maybe you are the one that broke into our house. We got a gun now. Identity theft too, huh? Enjoy prison and your cellmate named Chopper..
Paula
Only if some of the charges get reduced or dropped you might have a chance. If that prior is on your record chances get slimmer. I had a felony residential burglary with felony grand theft and received probation, but they had dropped the grand theft and I had no priors. Good luck I’d say a 50/50 chance

What the hell do I care! I’m not a loser ripping people off. Get an FN job. Don’t come here looking for sympathy or ways to get out of something you did that was totally wrong. If you do the crime, then do the time. Ur-a-Chump. When you get to the big house watch ur butt b-tch. Ha Ha.
Victoria
well if you have a previous arrest I’m sure that will factor into the new charges even though you were not convicted.
But with the new charges if you were in Ohio would get jail time then probabtion I’m not sure what it would be for where your at. But those are some pretty serious charges..
Good luck I hope you make better choices in the future whatever the case may be.
Javier
depends on several things….what was broken into, what was stolen, how much was it worth, what was the circumstances related to the identity thefts, how good your defense attorney is, what types of deals have been made with the prosecutor, previous criminal record, even whether or not your going to school or college, or have a job, if restitution has been made yet, whether its federal or state court….many things.
If you weren’t convicted of the first burglary it wouldn’t even be on your record.
If I had to place a bet on probation or prison time I would have to put my money on the prison time.
I know of two guys who broke into a lumberyard and stole a safe. They never got it open and the cops found the safe. They both got two years in state prison.
