the data is getting a little to old.  there have been too many changes in security and how business is conducted that have changed the risks for identity theft.  I would say this data is right on the cusp of being to old to be worth anything.  I might be cool to compare this data set to a current data set and see what has changed over the last four years.  then the data would be useful.</description>
