Its a travesty really that many times the crooks go unpunished when caught or the sentence is not serious enough to deter. I know that in many cases, credit card companies write it off and then there is no &quot;victim&quot; and the case is dropped when the person gets reinbursed by the credit company. I would love to see some examples being made of the thieves that are caught. 

You are already shredding thats a big help.
